The Inheritance Games series is one that I couldn't put down. Mystery after mystery and puzzle after puzzle, this series will grab you and not let go until the very last page. This last instalment is no exception.
The Final Gambit continues the story of Avery and the Hawthorne brothers. There are only a few weeks left until Avery has lived exactly one year at Hawthorne House and thus, according to Tobias Hawthorne's will, will inherit billions of dollars. But when a visitor arrives in need of help, things take a turn. Soon Avery finds herself in the middle of another game, but whose game is it?
I loved this book. From the writing style to the plot, I loved it. It was extremely fun to be back at Hawthorne House again with Avery and the four Hawthorne brothers. We almost immediately get thrown into another mystery. I loved the puzzles and having no clue who is responsible for all the chaos.
